Marco
Marco and Chiara have been inseparable friends since they were six years old, and their strong bond has only grown over the years. Since 2019, Marco has been working alongside Chiara, focusing primarily on logistics, equipment rental, and technical aspects such as stage construction and setup/breakdown.
Marco’s versatility is one of his standout qualities—he’s a true “problem solver” who excels at tackling a wide range of tasks with a smile.
Whether it’s fixing electrical issues, assembling stages, or dismantling structures, Marco does it all with enthusiasm. He thrives on activity and becomes restless when there’s not enough to do. One of his favorite perks is having access to a golf cart at the venue, which he’s always eager to borrow and drive around.
Andrea
Andrea is the newest member of our team but has quickly become an indispensable right hand to Chiara. Specializing in artistic logistics, Andrea ensures that musicians and performers know exactly what to do to entertain our guests.
His role involves managing not only the bands but also coordinating with other vendors to ensure a smooth and seamless experience. Beyond his logistical duties, Andrea is the creative force behind our graphic design and social media management.
He handles all aspects of visual branding, from designing eye-catching materials to crafting engaging social media content. In fact, Andrea and Chiara first connected through his expertise in social media and online strategies.
You’ll often find him with his phone in hand, capturing behind-the-scenes moments at weddings to create reels and posts that truly resonate. Though he may appear serious at times, Andrea genuinely enjoys orchestrating the lively aspects of wedding events and brings a fun, dynamic energy to the team.
Mimmo
Chiara and Mimmo’s professional journey began in 2015 when they worked for different agencies, and by 2017, they were colleagues in the same office, collaborating on luxury American weddings.
Their instant connection grew into a bond akin to siblings. Mimmo is the talented floral designer of our team, renowned for crafting stunning settings and managing all aspects of floral decoration.
Beyond flowers, Mimmo oversees the entire decorative setup, including tables and ceremony arrangements. With his expertise extending to Persian weddings, he is also a skilled wedding planner in his own right. Outside of work, Chiara and Mimmo maintain a close friendship, often seizing any opportunity to catch up and share a laugh, reminiscing about their shared experiences.
John
Chiara and John’s professional relationship began in 2007 while working on Irish weddings. At that time, John had just started his role as an officiant at the Vatican, and their paths crossed through an Irish bride from the same Dublin parish. Since then, John has become the official celebrant for Catholic weddings, not only in Rome but throughout Italy.
Over the years, the friendship between Chiara and John has deepened, leading them to share numerous experiences together, including pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago. He has been nominated Archbishop from the Holy Father in September.
